Refund policy

To start an exchange, you can contact us at newerabtr1@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 

If your exchange is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with our exchange policy. PLEASE review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. Items must meet our exchange requirements to eligible for an exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We offer complimentary return shipping for eligible size exchanges. Items must be unworn,unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
